Organizational Development Manager
Confidential company is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of their DME Customer Service and distribution center. This role involves designing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement and employee engagement, while assessing organizational performance through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement organizational development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across various departments
Design and facilitate training programs, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance employee skills and collaboration
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics
Collaborate with leadership to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
Proven experience in organizational development, training, or a similar role within call center
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Experience training large groups both in person and virtual
Preferred
Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
Certification in organizational development or training (e.g., ATD, SHRM, or similar)
Experience with change management processes and tools
