IT Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP)
Bowman Williams is a large Managed Service Provider specializing in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and compliance. They are hiring an IT Help Desk Technician Level 2 to provide hands-on support across multiple client environments, troubleshoot issues, and assist with user onboarding and device provisioning.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 support for end users across multiple client environments
Troubleshoot Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, and basic server issues
Support user onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with device provisioning, deployments, and hardware setup
Resolve issues related to email, applications, access, and connectivity
Perform on-site support at client locations when required
Document all work clearly in the ticketing system
Communicate professionally with end users and internal teams
Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership
Qualification
Required
MSP experience in a Level 1.5 or Level 2 support role
Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills
Basic understanding of networking concepts
Comfortable supporting users remotely and on-site
Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred
Certifications or active study toward certifications are a plus
