Responsibilities

Ensures employee records are maintained and accurate; provides analytics/reports as needed
Owns core HR processes, such as onboarding, changes, and off-boarding
Collaborates with an external partner(s) on benefit and leave administration
Assist with coordinating events, activities and general office management
Partners with Talent Acquisition on interview scheduling, recruiting activities, and intern events
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources or related field
Stellar organization, eye for detail, and follow-through
Process-oriented and enjoys simplifying even the most complex
Optimistic, with an eagerness to help others
Keen emotional intelligence and steadfast composure
Technology know-how with the ability to pick up quickly on new/unfamiliar systems
Solid communicator with a proactive approach to getting things done

Preferred

Two (2) plus years of experience in HR preferred
