Qualification
Required
Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including document management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance with the capability to coordinate calendars, meetings, and projects efficiently
Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette for both internal and external interactions
Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Additional certification in office administration is a plus
Prior experience in an administrative or executive assistant role preferred
