Responsibilities
Greet customers and assess their banking needs in a courteous and prompt manner
Process account transactions including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and cashier’s checks
Balance cash drawers at the end of your shift, count and package coins and currency, turn in any excess or damaged currency to supervisor
Provide a high level of customer service, providing answers and assistance
Maintain confidentiality and comply with all bank policies and procedures
