Director, Strategic Sales – Supplier Enablement & Commercial Card Acceptance

This role is responsible for managing supplier relationships, driving strategy execution, and articulating the financial benefits of card acceptance to large suppliers.

Responsibilities
Own strategic supplier relationships and lead direct engagement to enable and expand commercial card acceptance
Clearly articulate the value of card acceptance, including DSO acceleration, liquidity improvement, and cash-flow predictability
Manage a defined pipeline of supplier opportunities, with accountability for progression, forecasting, and volume outcomes
Partner with issuers and acquirers to align on supplier strategies, commercial structures, and enablement execution
Use data and analytics to prioritize suppliers, quantify opportunity size, and support value-based selling discussions
Influence senior finance, treasury, and commercial stakeholders within complex enterprise environments
Represent supplier enablement strategy in executive-level meetings, workshops, and negotiations
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in strategic sales, B2B payments, working-capital solutions, or enterprise financial services
Strong understanding of commercial card acceptance, payment economics, and supplier enablement dynamics
Proven ability to engage and influence large enterprise suppliers and senior decision-makers
Demonstrated experience managing complex sales pipelines with multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into compelling financial narratives
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
