The intern will work with the Claims Strategy team to analyze business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and assist in developing strategic initiatives.

Conducting research and gathering data to support strategic projects and initiatives
Assisting in analyzing claims trends, operational metrics, and market benchmarks
Designing and developing content to support implementation of strategic initiatives and process changes
Creating job aids, guides, and learning resources for internal teams
Qualification
Required
Completed sophomore year of college or higher
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and oral communication skills
This internship is open to students of all majors who are interested in exploring insurance operations and strategic initiatives
