Qualification
Required
Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Experience with outbound call campaigns to consumers

Experience in reviewing and updating case and workflow queues
Ability to perform other responsibilities based on company needs
Demonstrated humility, creative intelligence, and drive
Preferred
High school or equivalent
