Responsibilities
Spearhead the growth and leadership of a high-performing team dedicated to powering account management platform capabilities
Own and innovate key systems including user management, authorization, role-based access control (RBAC), auditing, trial lifecycle management, and essential internal tools
Drive major cross-functional initiatives that extend beyond ThousandEyes, influencing multiple Cisco business units and shaping the future of platform services at scale
Deliver secure, scalable, and reliable platform solutions that underpin business success and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Developed a team of 4 - 8 engineers, and have 4+ years of software engineering management experience
Strong communicate needs with a diverse set of collaborators including technical and non-technical personnel
Provide deep technical vision for your team and ensure consistent delivery on objectives
Have experience formulating a team's technical strategy and roadmap; you've collaborated and partnered optimally with several other teams to complete shared goals
5+ years hands on experience building enterprise software products, especially those that use distributed system architectures
Preferred
Built products, and have successfully taken significant improvements and features from inception to production
Understand how to balance tactical needs with strategic growth and quality-based initiatives that can span multiple quarters
Are a strong proponent of Agile software methodologies, such as Scrum, and engineering principles such as Test Driven Development
