Required

Excellent analytical reasoning capabilities
Proven proactivity in resolving requirements issues
Strong communication skills and ability to establish effective relationships with business reps
Strong understanding of business processes
Experience with Agile methods
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or comparable discipline

Preferred

Experience with one or more Guidewire™ platforms is an advantage (PolicyCenter)- Commercial Lines
Familiarity with the concepts, tools, techniques, and terminology of IIBA's BABoK™
Experience with Property & Casualty insurance products is an added advantage
