Responsibilities
Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
Assist with tax planning, projections, and research projects
Prepare and organize workpapers and supporting documentation
Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information
Collaborate with seniors, managers, and directors to meet deadlines
Stay current on tax law changes and firm procedures
Qualification
Required
1-4 years of public accounting experience
CPA license or progress toward CPA preferred
Working knowledge of federal and state tax compliance
Strong attentional to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
Professional communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
