Responsibilities
Work in conjunction with each location’s General Manager
Repair and renovate projects on all facilities and Tague properties
Performs general repairs. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures
Performs routine maintenance on building systems
Assists with the upkeep of the facilities
Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance
Travel to Tague Lumber locations and customers in the Greater Philadelphia area
Qualification
Required
Experience in framing, general finish carpentry, window and door installation and repairs, kitchen installations, and assorted maintenance and repair
Ability to work in conjunction with each location's General Manager
Ability to repair and renovate projects on all facilities and Tague properties
Ability to perform general repairs, including repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures
