Responsibilities

Build and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6
Track task progress, dependencies, and resource hours
Analyze schedule impacts and identify risks or delays
Collect updates from Project Managers, team leads, and vendors
Generate reports and dashboards for leadership on schedule status and critical path
Suggest recovery options for slipped tasks or milestones

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience using Primavera P6 (or equivalent enterprise scheduling tool)
Strong understanding of project management principles
Experience managing complex, cost-loaded schedules
