Enrollment Communications Quality Specialist

The Enrollment Communications Quality Specialist will ensure high-quality interactions with prospective families, design QA processes, and collaborate with various teams to improve training and workflows.

Responsibilities

Deeply understand our systems, Enrollment workflows, parent/student journey
Fully own the review and scoring of Enrollment Team interactions which include phone, text, email and chat
Identify quality trends and provide insight-driven recommendations
Identify the right processes and opportunities for improving feedback from QA processes to redesign training
Be viewed as a strategic thought partner by Enrollment leaders, influencing how we train, coach, and measure the effectiveness of our team
Drive redesign and improvements in our training, QA processes, frameworks, and tools
Contribute to a culture of excellence, empathy, and continuous improvement across the organization

Required

3–5+ years in quality assurance, coaching, training, or a related operational role, ideally in an education, enrollment, or contact center environment
Experience developing QA tools and coaching others to success
Comfort with data, can spot trends and outliers, and use insights to drive decisions and improvements
Expertise in service and/or educational oriented roles and familiarity with quality auditing, coaching, and feedback
Ability to create and improve processes, building repeatable, reliable, and efficient processes
Effective listener and communicator, persuasive and articulate, with the ability to build rapport, trust, and great working relationships
Ability to act with families and schools in mind, understanding the importance of an excellent experience for enrolling families
Ability to move with purpose, identifying and prioritizing initiative needs and acting on urgent and important needs
Desire to seek diverse perspectives, being humble and proactively seeking feedback from others
Comfort with ambiguity, with a proven track record of success within scaling businesses, fast-paced environments, and/or startups
Desire to learn how to use new technologies, with experience in various technologies or comfort with learning new software applications
