Pennoni is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm seeking a Graduate Landscape Architect to assist on public and private site development projects. The role involves supporting Project Landscape Architects with the development of design, permitting, and construction plans.

Responsibilities

Prepare land development documentation
Prepare landscape plans and coordinate planning services
Contribute to the preparation of site plans, planting plans, grading plans, utility plans, stormwater management reports, erosion and sediment control plans, construction details, and applications
Perform limited field inspection (as needed)
Additional tasks may be assigned, as needed

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape ArchitectureProficiency with MS-Office 365Technical drawing knowledgeCADD software proficiencyModeling programs knowledgeBasic plant material knowledgeWorking knowledge of ArcGISUnderstanding codesRegulationsCommunication skillsWork independentlyWork in a team

Required

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program; recent and soon-to-be graduates are encouraged to apply!
Proficiency with MS-Office 365 (e.g.: Outlook, Excel, & Word) is required

Preferred

Ability to work in an energetic & challenging environment on a variety of projects
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Working knowledge and familiarity with technical drawings, specifically site, grading, and planting plans, is a plus!
Exposure to working on large-scale greenfield / land development projects is a plus!
Working knowledge and familiarity to relevant design & CADD software tools (e.g.: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Suite, LandFX, etc.) is a plus!
Working knowledge of modeling programs (e.g.: Sketchup, Lumion, and/or Revit) is a plus!
Basic plant material knowledge is a plus!
Working knowledge of ArcGIS is a plus!
Ability to understand and apply applicable codes and regulations is a plus!
