Lead buy-side & sell-side financial due diligence
Conduct Quality of Earnings, working capital, and risk analyses
Build/review financial models and prepare diligence reports
Partner with MDs and stakeholders on 3–4 deals simultaneously
Mentor junior team members
Qualification
Required
Able to work hybrid in the Chicago area
4–6 years TAS experience
Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills
Preferred
Big 4 or national firm background strongly preferred
