Responsibilities

Manage full life-cycle recruiting process from in-take to offer acceptance, including job postings, sourcing, pre-screen, interview scheduling, and preparing and extending offers

Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners to create a best-in-class hiring experience for internal partners and candidates

Create and manage comprehensive recruiting strategies, selection criteria, recruitment processes and procedures, and leverage internal and external resources to hire top talent

Build and maintain an external talent pipeline, and maintain relationships with talent for future opportunities

Providing research and statistical information, collecting, preparing, and analyzing information to use as resources for Talent Acquisition

Proactively identify, source, and build pipelines of candidates for specialized roles

Travel to various corporate offices and plant locations to support hiring events, interviews, and talent-related initiatives

Collaborate with teams across multiple time zones and provide occasional off-hours support to meet business needs
