Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities
Collaborate with design engineers to enhance manufacturing feasibility, quality, and cost efficiency
Conduct feasibility assessments of steel stampings using forming software
Utilize CAE software for formability feasibility and improvement
Communicate simulation results and recommendations to design teams
Support dimensional engineering, tooling, and welding heat distortion studies
Coordinate program development milestones and reporting
Work with factories to implement process improvements and ensure manufacturability
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in technical manufacturing or product design environment
Bachelors degree in manufacturing, mechanical, or related engineering field
Understanding of sheet metal stamping, dies, tooling design, hands-on applications/troubleshooting, and simulations
Preferred
Experience with 3D modeling software (CATIA preferred)
