Accurately and promptly bill WC/TPL insurance claims in accordance with Maui Health policies, State/Federal regulations, and third‑party payer guidelines

Manage initial, corrected, and reconsidered claims, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution

Investigate and resolve denials, rejections, underpayments, liability disputes, COB issues, and timely‑filing barriers

Prioritize and expedite high‑dollar accounts for optimal revenue capture

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure claim accuracy and compliance
