Responsibilities
Drive implementations from kickoff to go‑live, including scoping, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, understanding complex scientific and regulatory workflows and ensuring their successful lift‑off
Work hand‑in‑hand with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams to define deliverables, manage scope, address technical challenges, and adapt solutions for regulated environments
Develop and manage detailed project plans, maintain schedules, track milestones, manage risks and issue escalation to ensure punctual, high‑quality delivery
Capture customer insights to inform product enhancements; contribute to refining internal implementation methodologies, templates, and tools to scale operations efficiently
Qualification
Required
8+ years of client-facing implementation experiences
Successfully led enterprise software or platform deployments, preferably within life sciences, biotech, or other highly regulated industries
2+ years experience with Windchill
Industry knowledge of Life Sciences Quality or Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects from kickoff through delivery
Skilled in planning, scheduling, risk management, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned
Known for a meticulous approach to requirements gathering, solution design, and execution
Able to anticipate gaps, catch inconsistencies, and ensure deliverables standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and scientific concepts for diverse audiences
Builds strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Preferred
Prior experience at a startup — able to wear multiple hats, thrive in ambiguity, and build structure in fast-paced, high-growth environments
