They are seeking a Business Process Engineer to gather and document business requirements for an IT project and create training content for BA and QA roles, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities
Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and document business requirements
Analyze as-is and to-be processes to support system functionality
Maintain project backlog and prioritize work with product owner in Agile projects
Create and tailor training content for BA/QA roles and SMEs
Coach and mentor team members on processes and tools (Azure DevOps, FIGMA, Visio)
Collaborate with UI/UX architects, DBAs, developers, and QA testers
Ensure SEM deliverables are completed and approved
Support Build vs. Buy decisions and monitor scope changes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Training/Teaching background (5+ years)
Azure DevOps expertise (creating epics/features) – 5+ years
Understanding of BA, QA, DEV roles/responsibilities
Experience with as-is/to-be process analysis and content creation
Preferred
Experience creating product roadmaps
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management
Proficiency with tools like FIGMA and Visio
