Orchestrate complex schedules while collaborating with executive assistants, project managers, and leaders across Apple and external organizations
Lead, guide and grow the administrative team

Required

3+ years of experience managing a team
Experience as an administrative assistant / executive assistant managing complex calendars, preferably in a high tech environment
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Highest level of discretion with confidential information
Strong professionalism
Relationship-building expertise
Genuine passion for operational excellence
Tech-savvy
Proactive and adaptable, always anticipating needs to keep operations running smoothly

Preferred

AA or BA/BS degree
Proficiency with iCal, Keynote, Mail and other OS X based office systems
Highly motivated and enjoys fast paced environment; ability to switch gears quickly
