Be the calm, helpful voice patients hear first-providing understanding, clarity, and support on every call
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with empathy, answering questions and guiding patients through next steps with confidence
Assist patients with new and refill orders, billing questions, and payment information, ensuring they feel supported and informed
Collaborate with a dedicated team, working cross-functionally to solve issues quickly and deliver a seamless patient experience
Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance standards to keep patients safe and systems running smoothly
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in customer service and phone-based support
Clear and caring communication skills, especially when guiding patients
The ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
