Founding US Enterprise Account Executive
&Open is a post-Series A Irish start-up redefining corporate gifting for less waste and more impact. They are seeking a Founding Enterprise Account Executive to manage a pipeline of opportunities, prospect new customers, and ensure client satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
Anticipate. Regularly understand customers’ requirements and evolving needs
Report and forecast. Then be prepared to present findings to the senior leadership team with accurate pipeline management and expert-level forecasting
Keep everything in order. Maintain current and accurate account information, as well as leads and follow-ups for assigned clients, in our CRM database
Client management. Be the face of &Open as you work with clients on demo’s, pitch decks & their strategic goals within an enterprise sales process
Self-start. AKA bring your own ideas into the fold. Work collaboratively and creatively with our team to help develop target lists and identify new business channels
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of closing experience, preferably in SaaS and Gifting / Physical Goods
History of working in a complex, Enterprise Sales environment
Proven track record meeting/exceeding individual sales targets over multiple quarters
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, comfortably interacting with others at all levels internally and externally
An active interest in opportunities that increase customer happiness and deepen customer relationships
A proven track record of identifying customer needs and successfully (and efficiently) delivering solutions on their behalf
The ability to work on a team that prioritises adaptability, drive and resilience
History of collaboration, working with internal and external partners to achieve team goals
Quick learning skills coupled with innovative ideas
Energy, enthusiasm and passion for the role and &Open's offerings
Rigorous attention to detail — both with internal and external deliverables
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Ability to continuously engage and empathise with prospective accounts while simultaneously collaborating with the broader &Open team
Preferred
Preferably based in NYC, California, or Florida
Ideally worked in international environments (i.e. American and European)
