Responsibilities

Lead the flawless execution of global email and notification campaigns
Manage the end-to-end process, from intake and segmentation to build, QA, localization, setup, deployment, and monitoring
Champion experimentation and foster continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather requirements and manage resources proactively
Execute workflows with precision to ensure timely communications reach the right audiences
Produce campaign performance reports and share actionable insights for future optimizations
Advance operational excellence by evolving workflows and maintaining best practices
Develop tools and resources that foster continuous improvement
Partner with data and engineering to drive personalization and automation capabilities efforts
Work closely with marketing teams to shape the experimentation roadmap

Required

6+ years of experience managing localized email campaigns for a global brand
Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including technical and regulatory requirements
Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zeta Global, Braze)
Familiarity with HTML, CSS and Javascript for email customization
Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using SQL on cloud based data platforms such as Snowflake
Solid understanding of audience segmentation, data workflows and marketing automation
Demonstrated ability to design A/B tests, analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable recommendations

Preferred

Ability to adapt to constant change and work effectively in a fast pace environment
Strong project management and organizational skills
Knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager)
Experience with Tableau reporting
Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task
Attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
Effective communicator and collaborator
Excellent team player
BA/BS — preference for degree in Computer Science, IT, Communications, Marketing, or related field
