Innovations Health Systems is a human-performance technology company preparing to launch a new industry in Functional Robotics. They are seeking a Multimedia Artist who will play a crucial role in developing the company's visual identity and communications, working closely with leadership and technical teams to create compelling visual narratives.

Responsibilities

Rebrand the company and the product

Develop logo concepts, brand elements, and design systems from sketch to final execution

Ensure visual consistency across all company materials

Redesign and maintain the website (visual design + layout)

Create web-ready graphics, animations, and interactive assets

Collaborate with technical team on implementation where needed

Redesign and enhance pitch decks and supporting materials

Contribute to video shoots and provide editing and post-production support

Integrate motion graphics, diagrams, and animations to improve clarity and impact

Produce 2D and 3D animations (or coordinate with outside vendors), including human kinematics, movement mechanics, and conceptual biomechanical visualizations

Translate research and engineering concepts into visually intuitive animations, collaborating with internal engineering & leadership, external videographers, etc

Edit and produce photo and video content for: Website, pitch materials, internal and external communications

Assist with filming, editing, and post-production as needed

Work closely with leadership and technical teams in-office

Participate in creative reviews, iteration cycles, and strategic discussions

Help shape how we communicate visually as the company scales

Work with outside vendors to extend your skill set and manage work flow

Required

Strong portfolio demonstrating multimedia breadth, including graphic design & brand development, web design, motion graphics / animation, photo and video editing

Proficiency with industry-standard tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma and/or similar design tools

Experience taking projects from concept to completion

Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in-office in Sacramento (minimum 3 days per week)

Comfortable work in a startup environment with evolving needs
