Develop and maintain the enterprise business capability model for the Life and Annuity value chain

Lead architecture design efforts supporting modernization and transformation initiatives, including cloud migration and AI integration

Ensure architectural consistency across programs through adherence to principles, standards, and frameworks

Analyze and optimize business processes for efficiency and improved integration across platforms

Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to co-create architecture artifacts and communicate complex concepts effectively
