Responsibilities
Partner with Mortgage leadership to identify, define, and prioritize analytical initiatives that drive cross-sell, retention, and growth across Mortgage and Financial Services
Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) that provide visibility into mortgage performance, marketing ROI, and customer engagement
Build and manage complex datasets integrating information from Salesforce, TotalExpert, Google Ads, Core Banking, and LOS systems to enable comprehensive customer and operational analysis
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Analytics teams to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize lead conversion, and refine targeting strategies
Develop predictive models and insights that improve pipeline management, loan officer productivity, and customer retention
Support the Mortgage business with ad-hoc analytical deep dives—such as portfolio segmentation, refinance opportunity modeling, and operational process optimization
Actively participate in the enterprise data governance program to ensure consistent data quality, accuracy, and compliance
Communicate analytical findings clearly to senior leadership, presenting complex insights in a concise, actionable format
Performs duties as requested by Manager
Complete all required compliance exams on a yearly basis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Analytics Roles – preferably within Banking, Mortgage, or Financial Services
Proficiency in Power BI (advanced DAX and Power Query)
Proficiency in Tableau (Desktop / Cloud / Prep)
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational data structures in Snowflake
Strong Python knowledge and execution
Experience with Salesforce, marketing analytics platforms, and data integration tools (e.g., Alteryx, Azure, or Snowflake)
Familiarity with statistical techniques (e.g., regression, segmentation, A/B testing) and data visualization best practices
Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences
Strong business acumen, particularly in revenue growth and operational efficiency initiatives
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments and functions
