Administrative Assistant (contract)
Microsoft is seeking an Administrative Assistant (Contract) to provide high-level administrative support to corporate sales leaders in a dynamic global environment. The successful candidate will manage complex schedules, coordinate international travel logistics, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations while interacting with executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Manage complex executive-level calendars across multiple time zones, representing approximately 80% of daily responsibilities
Coordinate comprehensive international travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
Process and manage visa applications for international travel, including documentation for non-US citizens traveling globally
Support onboarding coordination for new team members, including device logistics and orientation scheduling
Process business expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and team-support activities as needed
Serve as primary department contact for internal and external stakeholders
Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Provide general office support and complete special projects as assigned
Respond quickly and efficiently to incoming requests while maintaining composure under pressure
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of executive assistant or administrative experience
Proven track record supporting VP-level or higher executives
Demonstrated experience managing complex, fast-paced executive calendars
Hands-on experience coordinating international travel and visa applications
Background working with teams across multiple time zones
Advanced calendar management in high-volume, executive-level environments
International travel coordination expertise, including complex visa processing
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Working knowledge of Copilot and willingness to expand AI-assisted productivity skills
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal supervision
Cultural sensitivity and awareness when working with global teams
Problem-solving skills with ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
