Responsibilities
Manage and optimize processes for implementing new and revised regulations and standards, including monitoring, assessment, and execution of change management and change control activities
Lead cross-functional efforts to remediate current and future regulatory impacts on quality systems
Drive updates to policies, procedures, and systems to ensure ongoing compliance with market and regulatory requirements
Define project scope and develop comprehensive project plans to meet defined deliverables
Manage cross-functional project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and critical issues; escalate and communicate effectively to senior leadership
Address resource constraints through data-driven business proposals to mitigate compliance and business risks
Provide clear, consistent, and effective communication (written and verbal) to project stakeholders regarding scope, timelines, risks, and progress
Lead and actively participate in global quality and compliance initiatives while adhering to established project management governance frameworks
Integrate key quality initiatives based on compliance risk, resource availability, and business process readiness
Recommend and implement strategies and process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience (e.g., Business Administration, Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, Engineering)
5–7 years of experience in a regulated nutritional or food manufacturing environment, preferably involving pediatric or medical nutrition products
Strong knowledge of food GxP regulations, nutritional regulatory requirements, manufacturing controls, and quality systems
3–5 years of experience in project leadership or project management roles
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and plan and facilitate meetings
Experience working with international locations and cross-border partners
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Expertise in ingredients, processes, and formulations related to nutritional or infant products
Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
