Qualification
Required
Experience in real estate asset management, property management, or a related field
Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
Understanding of real estate market trends and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in property management software, Argus, Excel and MS Office
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred
Professional certifications (e.g., CPM, CCIM) are a plus
