Insurance Sales Representative / Account Manager

Mercyhealth Wisconsin and Illinois is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative / Account Manager to provide ongoing education and sales of MercyCare products and services to brokers and employer groups. This role involves developing contacts with potential groups, tracking information with the Director of Sales and Marketing, and revising marketing strategies based on gathered information.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the ongoing education and sales of MercyCare products and Mercy Health System services to brokers and employer groups
Position will develop contacts with potential groups to understand group; current insurance coverage, agent if any, renewal date, group size, educate the group on Mercy Health System and MercyCare Health Plans
Position will track and review information continuously with the Director of Sales and Marketing
From information gathered and review with the Director of Sales and Marketing, revised marketing strategies will be developed and product offerings revised

Required

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Wisconsin Insurance Sales License within 12 months
Knowledge of Goldmine or similar software Contact Management systems
Excel Spreadsheet software
Word Processing software

Preferred

Experience in selling level-funded and self-funded health insurance plans to businesses
