They are seeking Summer Analysts for their Investment Banking Group to assist with strategic assignments related to mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and private placements during a 10-week internship program.

Financial Services

Responsibilities

Research and provide presentation / research material for pitch books, memorandums, presentations and other projects
Develop financial modules to analyze a wide variety of client-specific projects
Collaborate with an industry team from peer analysts to managing directors
Work on various projects to support client relations
Support business development activities of senior investment bankers
Monitor and update contact/deal database as needed for specific deal teams
Assist deal teams with other necessary day to day responsibilities

Required

Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business majors with a minimum 3.5 GPA
Junior in college
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to excel in a challenging field
Working knowledge of business software (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
General level of financial knowledge and interest (financial modeling, macroeconomics, current events, etc.)
Good judgment in confidential situations and ability to exercise discretion when handling confidential information
Teamwork skills and strong work ethic
Flexibility to work long hours, nights, and weekends, as needed for workflow
