Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Serve as a knowledgeable and reliable resource for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to project completion
Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed pre-established sales objectives and KPIs, driving revenue growth and brand presence across the region
Strategic Sales Development: Create and execute plans to identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and align with Haute Living’s brand vision and sales objectives in the Chicago area
Client Relationship Development: Build and nurture long-term relationships with interior designers and industry professionals within the Chicago market
Client Consultation & Presentation: Provide personalized design guidance and product recommendations, while hosting engaging, design-focused presentations in our showroom
Manage Client Projects: Oversee the entire project lifecycle—including product selection, quoting, logistics, and follow-up—to ensure flawless execution
Provide Accurate Price Quotations: Prepare and present detailed and timely quotes aligned with client needs and budgets
Showroom Maintenance: Support daily showroom operations by ensuring all product displays are consistently presented in alignment with brand standards and visual guidelines
Stay Engaged in the Design Community: Represent Haute Living at local design events, trade shows, industry gatherings, and showroom activations
