Maintenance Technician IV - Tyson Research Center
Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis is seeking a Maintenance Technician IV for the Tyson Research Center. This role is responsible for providing facilities maintenance, operating machinery, performing repairs, and assisting with research and field experiments.

Responsibilities
Operate tractors, backhoe, dump truck and other machinery and tools as needed to grade and maintain roads, culverts, fields and roadsides, mow fields and maintain other resources
Perform facilities and utilities maintenance, diagnostics and repairs, including plumbing, sewer, electrical, locksmithing, carpentry, painting, HVAC systems, roofing and cleaning
Maintain, service and/or repair vehicles and other equipment
Assist with research, field experiments and other projects as needed, including building structures or other needed items
Determine, purchase and pick up necessary materials and supplies
Other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
Multiple Trades (8 Years)
A Class E (MO) or Class D (IL) license and a good driving record are required for this position
Preferred
Experience in working with educational or not-for-profit organizations or field stations
CPR/First Aid certification
First Aid CPR/AED - American Red Cross
