Qualification
Required
Property management and/or software sales experience
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating strong technical and analytical capabilities
Strong organization and time management skills
Strong skills in MS Word and MS Excel; strong general computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including corporate writing skills
Must be able to handle multiple tasks within desired periods
Must be able to create and enhance a system to adapt to the changing environment
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and create positive client relationships
Ability to work independently, but know when to escalate
Adapting to the ever-changing scope of department, division and company
Interact successfully with other administrative staff
Take ownership of work and department
Ability to work well with individuals at all levels of the organization
Maintain a professional appearance and professional demeanor
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines
