Information Technology & Services
Responsibilities
Review and clean up Purchase Orders, Service Orders, and Rental Orders
Generate invoices and monitor revenue activity
Assist with ERP system change documentation and process learning
Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve issues
Prepare billing reports and verify transaction accuracy
Communicate effectively via Email and Microsoft Teams
Support special billing projects and collaborate with internal teams
Qualification
Required
Billing, invoicing, or accounting support experience
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Microsoft Navision experience is a plus
