Member Service Specialist (Travel Team)

Legacy Community Federal Credit Union is looking for the right candidate to join our team as a full time Member Service Specialist. This role is on our Travel Team and involves assisting members with financial transactions while providing exceptional customer service across multiple branches in the Birmingham area.

Responsibilities

Effectively assist our members with all of their financial transactions while providing exceptional customer service
Handle cash, withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments, and more with precision and care
Recommend and sell products and services to members as needed
Direct members to various departments for specific information and/or services that cater to their individual needs/goals
Perform miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, computer input and answering the telephone

Required

Prior customer service experience
Experience handling money
High school diploma or GED
At least 1-3 years of similar or related experience
