Responsibilities
Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Support pre-employment testing and onboarding activities
Post events
Develop advertising with help of the print shop
Ensure documents are ready for events
Possible event attendance on the organization’s behalf
Contribute to redesigning the recruitment website for better candidate experience
Assist in developing recruitment brochures and marketing materials
Help shape structure of future internship program at Heartland Coca-Cola
Assist in documentation of Standard Operating Procedures and processes
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and proactive approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred
Familiarity with ATS (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus
