Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a presence in the legal writing program
Teach across multiple modalities: in-person classes, synchronous online classes, and blended learning programs
Foster an inclusive and equity-centered teaching, learning, departmental, and research environment

Qualification

J.D. degreeLegal writing expertiseTeaching experienceEquity-centered teachingCommunity service experience

Required

Distinguished academic credentials, including a J.D. from an ABA accredited law school or a foreign equivalent degree
At least 3 years of practice and/or other relevant teaching experience
Experience with fostering or the ability to foster an inclusive and equity-centered teaching, learning, departmental, and research environment where all can thrive

Preferred

Interest in continuing to develop and maintain a presence in a nationally ranked legal writing program
Available and excited about teaching across multiple teaching modalities: in-person classes, synchronous online classes, and blended learning program
