They are seeking an OPT Recruiter to oversee the full cycle recruitment process, build relationships with clients and candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.

Oversee the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
Build strong relationships with clients and potential candidates
Maintain a talent pipeline and ensure timely placements
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide guidance on hiring strategies
Consistently meet recruitment goals and deadlines
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in sourcing, interviewing, and screening candidates
Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
Knowledge of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and prioritize work
Familiarity with immigration and visa processes, particularly in regard to OPT and CPT candidates
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
