The role involves developing and managing a profitable sales territory, driving rentals and sales of pumping, filtration, pipeline, and containment solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Identify, pursue and close new business with industrial, municipal and commercial accounts
Manage and grow existing customer relationships through regular site visits, job walks and solution-based selling
Prepare proposals, quotes and system layouts in coordination with engineering and operations
Monitor projects from concept to completion to ensure safety, service quality and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in outside or technical sales, ideally in construction, industrial services, equipment rental, environmental or related sectors
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn pumps, filtration, pipeline and fluid-handling systems
Self-motivated, organized and comfortable managing a territory, pipeline and travel schedule
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused mindset
