Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Establish quality control checkpoints throughout the production process to monitor product quality and identify defects or deviations from specifications

Conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities to ensure adherence to quality standards

Work closely with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed

Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to establish quality requirements and standards for raw materials and components

Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in the quality control process

Train and mentor quality control staff to ensure a high level of competence and performance

Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and customer service, to address quality-related issues and customer concerns

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to quality control

Drive a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the organization
