Analyze and define functional and business requirements for SAP CRM systems
Work closely with SAP CRM implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle
Lead requirement-gathering and system design processes with internal stakeholders and customers
Manage and support CRM-related projects in collaboration with customers, ensuring alignment with business needs
Translate business processes into clear functional specifications, with strong attention to detail
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in systems analysis and requirements definition for CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle CRM)
Experience in analyzing and defining business processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience with SAP CRM - advantage
Familiarity with other CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle CRM
