Responsibilities
Lead and manage commercial bankruptcy matters (Chapters 7, 11, and 13) on the creditors’ side
Handle creditors’ committee work , restructurings, and contested matters
Advise secured and unsecured creditors, lenders, and lessors
Oversee workouts, restructures, and judgment enforcement
Mentor and develop junior attorneys
Work directly with clients on strategy and case direction
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in commercial bankruptcy and creditors' rights
Significant experience with creditors' committee work
Strong background in workouts, restructurings, or enforcement matters
Active California bar license
Ability to manage complex matters with minimal oversight
Preferred
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Portable book of business in creditors' rights
Interest in long-term growth and partnership
