Greeting patients at the receptionist desk
Answering multi-line telephone, taking messages
Assisting Clinical staff, Office Manager, and Program Director
Taking referrals, scheduling appointments
Data entry and billing using medical billing software
Clerical work: typing, filing, mailing, making copies
Qualification
Required
Work at least 2 evenings until 8pm
Greeting patients at the receptionist desk
Answering multi-line telephone, taking messages
Assisting Clinical staff, Office Manager, and Program Director
Taking referrals, scheduling appointments
Data entry and billing using medical billing software
Clerical work: typing, filing, mailing, making copies
Preferred
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational and written skills
Friendly demeanor, ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to handle a multi-line telephone and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Computer proficiency to include typing a minimum of 40 WPM
Medical billing and previous office experience is a plus
