Creating custom digital circuit schematics, working with layout engineers, taking designs through internal design management flow, timing analysis, 5E, physical design checks, noise, power analysis, EMIR
During debug, need to be able to tell if there is an error in design or flow
Helping with porting
Qualification

Working with layout engineers
Taking designs through internal design management flow

5E
Physical design checks
Noise analysis
Power analysis

Debugging design or flow errors
Custom circuit design experience
Transistor level design experience
Physical design experience
Directing layout engineers
Performing electrical analysis checks (EM, noise)
Fixing errors from electrical analysis checks
SPICE simulations experience
Schematic and layout experience
General knowledge of scripting and debugging
Problem solving skills
Attention to detail
Able to work individually and within a team
Preferred
Experience with Cadence
Experience with Perl
Languages: Verilog, C++/C, Perl, and Python
Processor custom circuit design
Experience with low power design
Experience with AI enhanced design tools and AI tools
