Identify and recommend key business development opportunities for DHS
Execute short-term and long-term strategic plans to grow the organization
Maintain relationships with DHS department leaders and key market decision-makers
Research and recommend regional primary and specialty care clinics for affiliation with DHS
Cultivate relationships to gain market preference and grow strategic partnerships
Support outpatient services departments in smooth integration of DHS services
Manage workflow and project timelines between DHS and regional facilities
Provide regional support for department assessments, clinical opportunities, and new program development
Serve as EMS System Coordinator and represent DHS at Region 5 EMS and Trauma Committee meetings as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or Marketing
3+ years of healthcare experience
Preferred
Master's degree (MBA or MSN)
Clinical leadership experience within the Deaconess Health System
