Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and similar analytical tools

Support investigators specializing in insurance fraud investigations

Collaboration across internal and external business partners to identify and mitigate fraudulent activity

Develop and deliver fraud awareness training and educational materials

Demonstrate analytical thinking and innovative critical thinking skills

Able to drive an automobile, possess a valid driver's license, and maintain a driving record consistent with the Company's underwriting guidelines
