Service Advisor / Service Writer

Responsibilities
Greet guests and build trust from the first conversation
Listen, ask questions, and understand each guest’s needs
Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and confidently
Advise ethically through education, not pressure
Coordinate communication between technicians and guests
Own the full guest experience from write-up to vehicle delivery
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed
Comfortable standing, walking, and working on your feet throughout the day
Ability to use a computer, tablet, and phone-based systems
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
